Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping in South Africa: Shipping fees range from R75 for economy to R125 for priority shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free economy shipping on orders of R1000 or more.

Delivery Time:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery: Expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Tracking Information: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Custom Planner Orders:
  • If you’ve ordered a Custom Inkline Planner, please email the photo you’d like on the cover to remarkable.chaos.bus@gmail.com.
  • The print quality depends on the image quality, so we recommend sending higher quality images.
  • If you want to add a name, message, or quote, email it to the same address. We’ll send you a draft before commencing with printing.

Digital Product Downloads:

  • Find your digital products in your account under “Downloads.”

Incorrect Delivery Address:

  • If you entered the wrong delivery address, please contact our support team via email/WhatsApp immediately to notify us of the correct address.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee amendment requests will be successful, as it depends on your order’s status when reviewed.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • You can change or cancel your order if you realize you’ve made a mistake before it’s dispatched. Contact our support team via email/WhatsApp to notify us of the correct cover.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee amendment requests will be successful, depending on the order’s status.
  • A 3% service fee will be deducted from the product amount paid back to you when you we refund your order. The shipping amount paid is non-refundable. 
  • Changes or cancellations are not possible for digital/PDF products, so please double-check your order details before payment.

Order Confirmation Email:

  • Check your email account used for the order for your confirmation email. Your order confirmation email and dispatch confirmation email (when the order is on its way) should be there.
  • If you can’t find it, consider that confirmation emails may take up to 24 hours to arrive, check your junk/spam folders, and search for “Remarkable Chaos” or the item name you ordered.
  • If you still can’t find the email, contact our support team.

Pre-Delivery Changes:

  • We’ll try to accommodate changes to already ordered items, but it’s subject to timing and availability. Please contact us within 3 business days if you’d like to change your in-progress order.

Terms & Conditions:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
  • We take great care in packing your order to prevent damage. However, in the rare event of a damaged product, contact our team within 3 business days after delivery, and provide photos of the damaged product. We’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
