Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping and Order Delivery Times:
  • Digital (PDF) Planners: Not applicable. Not a hardcopy product that required to be delivered. Our planners our downloadable immediately after purchase.
  • Hardcopy (Paper) Planners: We use third party (Valenna) for the printing and binding of the planners. If quality issues occur, we will assist you in resolving it with Valenna. Creating the planners take approximately 6 business days, and shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

Digital Product Downloads:

  • Find your digital products in your account under “Downloads.”

How to use digital planner:

  • Download and open with your preferred PDF editor OR PRINT at home, or at your local printshop.
  • Printing instructions are included when buying the planner.
  • Import PDF to Kindle: Click link here to view steps.

Compatible applications to use for the digital planner:

  • Ipad, Tablets, Kindle, Laptops, Computers, Smartphones, and E-book readers.
  • Printable at home if you would like a hardcopy version.
  • Possible apps to use: Any PDF reading apps, for example, but not limited to, Goodnotes, Notability, Adobe, Notion, notes
  • Please refer to FAQ for more details on how to import and use your PDF Planner.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • You can change or cancel your order if you realise you’ve made a mistake before it’s is downloaded. Once a product has been downloaded it cannot be refunded, as it is a digital product. Contact us via email/WhatsApp to notify us of the correct cover.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee amendment requests will be successful, depending on the order’s status.
  • A 5% service fee will be deducted from the product amount paid back to you when you we refund your order. The shipping amount paid is non-refundable. 
  • Changes or cancellations are not possible for digital/PDF products, so please double-check your order details before payment.
Custom Planner Orders:
  • If you’ve ordered a Custom Inkline Planner, please email the photo you’d like to be drawn to remarkable.chaos.bus@gmail.com.
  • The quality depends on the image quality, so we recommend sending higher quality images.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

  • Please take note this is NOT a hardcopy physical book. It is a digital downloadable PDF template.

  • Our shop has a NO REFUND policy, once downloaded, as everything is digital.

  • NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE. You cannot sell this template or any edited version as your own.

  • This template is meant for personal use only.
