How long will my order take to arrive?
Digital products: instant. Your PDF is ready to download immediately after purchase, no delivery needed.
Hardcopy planners: each one is printed to order (about 6 business days), then standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, free anywhere in South Africa.

Where do I find my digital download?
You will find your digital products in your account under "Downloads," and you will also receive an email with your download link. If you have any trouble, just contact us and we will sort it out.
How do I use and open my digital planner?
Download and open it with your preferred PDF app, or print it at home or at a print shop (printing instructions are included). It works on iPads, tablets, Kindle, laptops, computers, smartphones and e-readers, using any PDF app such as Goodnotes, Notability, Adobe or Notion.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have made a mistake, contact us by email or WhatsApp before your file is downloaded and we will help where we can (we cannot always guarantee changes, depending on the order status). Once a digital product has been downloaded it cannot be refunded. A 5% service fee applies to approved refunds, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please double-check your order before paying.
Do you make custom planners?
Yes. For a Custom Inkline Planner, email the photo you would like drawn to info@remarkablechaos.co.za. The clearer your image, the better the result.
What are the terms for digital products?
Digital products are downloadable PDF templates, not physical books. Because they are clearly described as digital, wanting a printed copy instead is not grounds for a refund, and they cannot be refunded once downloaded. They are for personal use only and may not be resold or used commercially. Hardcopy planners can be returned in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
