Shipping Policy

We know you are excited to receive your new planner or journal – we are too! Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
1. Digital Products (Instant Download)
Digital products do not require shipping at all!
- Once your payment is confirmed, your PDF file will be available for instant download.
- You will receive an email with your download link, or you can access it from your account on our website.
- If you have any trouble downloading your file, please contact us and we will sort it out right away.
2. Hardcopy Products – Production Time
Each hardcopy planner and journal is printed to order by our trusted printing partner, Valenna, right here in South Africa.
- Standard production time: approximately 6 business days from when your order and payment are confirmed.
- During peak seasons (e.g., back-to-school in December/January, year-end gifting), production times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any expected delays.
- Expedited processing may be available during peak periods – please contact us or check our website for current options.
3. Shipping Times and Methods
Once your order has been produced and dispatched:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days to your door, anywhere in South Africa.
- Cost: Free! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to South African addresses.
- Pudo locker / courier collection: If you prefer, you can have your order delivered to a Pudo locker or collection point near you. Select this option at checkout.
Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping): approximately 9-11 business days from order confirmation for standard orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel journey.
- For Pudo locker deliveries, you will receive an SMS or email notification when your parcel is ready for collection.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully package every order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit:
- Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund – see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
- Lost in transit: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if tracking has not updated for an unreasonable period, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We are not able to offer international shipping, but we are exploring options for the future. If you are based outside SA and would love our products, please get in touch – we would love to hear from you and let you know if anything changes.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our very best to get your order to you on time, occasionally delays can happen due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, or peak season volumes). We will always keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
